He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Perry and Loleatha Williams Perry; and his brothers, Ronnie, Daniel and Kenneth Perry.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Conley Perry; his children, Loleatha Perry, Kenneth Perry of Salt Lick and Justin Perry of Salt Lick; his brother Terry Perry of West Liberty; and his grandchildren, Jaden, Kash, Legend and Brynlee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
