He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Richard Mullen and Lorraine "Dena" Wages Mullen; his brother Danny Carl Mullen; and his grandson Alexander Scott Masters. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hale Mullen; his children, Adam Mullen (Melanie) of Morehead, Joey Earls of Morehead, Kellee Kunzie (JR) of Parker, Erin Hawthorne (Theodore) of Garden Grove and Rebecca Moore (Mark) of West Liberty; and his siblings, Kay Bowles (John) of Lake Havasu and Ted Wisehart of Middletown, Indiana. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and other extended family.
