He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Winters (Barbara) of Cynthiana, KY and Marida Gibbs Winters of Salt Lick, KY.; his daughter Alyssa Paige Winters of Lyles, TN; and his siblings, Shannon Conley of Mt. Sterling, KY and John Winters (Jessica) of Mt. Sterling, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces, friends and extended family.
