She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert "Crickett" Razor and Effie Snedegar Razor; her husband Roger Wayne Otis; her son Jeffery "Bear" Otis; her grandson Jeffery Lee Otis; and her siblings, Kelly Razor, Ewell Razor, Jim Razor, Bennie Razor, Granville Razor, Wayne Razor and Lucille Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Glenda; her granddaughter-in-law Lauren; her great grandchildren, Addi of Owingsville and Alex Otis of Owingsville; her sisters, Freda Purvis of Owingsville and Mildred Thompson of Anderson; her sister-in-law Linda Barber; and her niece Debby Faudere of Owingsville.
