He was predeceased by: his father James "Red" Justice. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Jo Hopkins Justice of Salt Lick; his wife Andrea Marie Justice; his children, Allie Justice of Mt. Sterling, Hannah Justice of Salt Lick and Luke Justice of Salt Lick; and his mother-in-law Tammy Booth (Doug) of Mt. Sterling.
