He is survived by: his children, Julie Crouch Reed (Thomas) of Morehead and Brandon Conley of Salt Lick, Kentucky.; his siblings, Leonard Dean Crouch (Donna) of Olympia, Darvin Wayne Crouch of Salt Lick, Kentucky., Roma Gabberd of Salt Lick, Ora Lee Adkins of Salt Lick and Debbie Crouch (Ralph) of Olympia Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Tony Crouch (Shelby) and Sheila Marie Crouch (Daniel Depew).
