He is survived by: his wife Connie Crouch Lykins; his children, Chad Lykins and Crystal Welch; his daughter-in-law Keisha Fielden; his siblings, Larry Lykins (Mary) of Texas, Greg Lykins (Shirley) of Owingsville, Lana Campbell (Keith) of Florida, Karen Brown (Ricky) of Fleming County and Cinda Royce (Jeff) of Virginia; his grandchildren, Jacob Davis, Draven Lykins, Lucius Lykins, Shiloh Lykins and Angel Lykins; and his great grandchild Zayne Davis. He is also survived by nieces ad nephews.
