She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Frazier of Salt Lick, KY and Christy Achord (Ronald) of Salt Lick, KY; her brother Billy Collins (Anita) of Wellington, KY; and her grandchildren, Johnny Keith Ratliff of Irvine, KY, Kelsea Ratliff of Means, KY, Caitlyn, Hailey Achord of Salt Lick, KY and Jonathan Baker of Winchester, KY. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
