He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Helton and Ruth Conn Helton; his children, Stevie Helton and Melissa Helton Jones; and his brothers, Ray Helton and Eddie Helton.
He is survived by: his son Levi Gene Helton (Tiffany) of Salt Lick; his grandchildren, Hailee Reed, Hannah Jones, Hayden Jones, Wrangler Helton and Mason Helton; and his siblings, Marlene Stull, Billy Helton (Marsha), Randall Helton and Gregory Helton (Sally). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
