With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harlan Vernon Stamper Jr. of Salt Lick, Kentucky, who passed away on September 14, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Stamper, Sr. and Ruby Oldfield Stamper; his brother Tommy Stamper; and his brothers-in-law, Gary W. Thomas and Tom Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Danica "Donna" Wescott Stamper; his daughters, Katelyn "Katy" Stamper of Morehead and Tara Taylor (Chad) of Port Orange, Florida; his grandchildren, Kaley Jo Coleman (Austin) of Port Orange, Florida. and Gage Taylor of Port Orange, Florida.; and his sisters, Geri Cox of Franklin, Patricia Gardner (Gary) of Morehead, Joy Prather (Perry) of Morehead and Connie Thomas of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and friends.
