He was predeceased by: his father Donald Dale Ferrell, Sr.; and his grandmother Elizabeth Crouch Ferrell. He is survived by: his daughters, Brooklyn Joell and Kenley Dale Ferrell; his grandfather Don Ferrell of Salt Lick, KY; his brothers, Allen and Scott Trusty; his aunts, Beth Begley (Darry) of Morehead, KY and Tracy Trusty (Dean) of Salt Lick, KY; his uncle Danny Ferrell of Salt Lick, KY; his cousins, Cheyenne and Dakota Begley; and also Shelly Sanders (Lauren Otis).
Covid-19 precautions and mandates of a face covering and social distancing will be in place.
