He was predeceased by: his brother Chase Michael Helton; and his grandparents, Randy and Brenda Helton. He is survived by: his parents, Eric Helton (Kristine) of Owingsville and Rebecca Maze Helton; his grandparents, Linda Crouch of Salt Lick and Willis Crouch of Salt Lick; and his sisters, Skylynn Helton of Owingsville and Alexis Maze of Salt Lick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and special friends.
