He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Frasure and Elma Moore Frasure; and his daughter Margaret Ann Lancaster. He is survived by: his children, Patricia E. Frasure of Hamilton, OH, Jeffrey A. Frasure, Sr. of Newtown, OH and Coit A. Frasure of Batavia, OH; and his siblings, Helen Blackburn, Bonita Hall, Basil Frasure, Rex Frasure and Clyde Frasure. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
