He is survived by: his wife Anna Smith Greene; and his children, Brenda May (Lee) of Salt Lick, KY, Rebecca Greene of Salt Lick, KY, Roger D. Greene (Cathy) of Salt Lick, KY and Ewell Clayton Greene (Sherrie) of Salt Lick, KY. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Covid-19 mandates of face masks, social distancing and reduced number of attendees will be followed.
