She was predeceased by: her father Elmer Clay Johnson; her sons, Elden "Bub" Curtis and Tyler Curtis; and her brothers, Johnny "Booger" Johnson and Cecil Daniel Wells.
She is survived by: her mother Louise Pergram Wells; her children, Johnny "BoBo" Curtis (Virginia) of Salt Lick, Timothy Curtis (Rebecca) of Owingsville, Amanda Jewell (Rob) of Salt Lick and Heather Walker (Shane) of Salt Lick; her grandchildren, Desirae Jewell, Daniel Jewell, Braylon Jewell, Jayden Curtis, Ryan Conley, Logan Walker and Peyton Walker; her great grandchild Emersyn Tate Jewell; and her siblings, Lyndon Johnson (Angel) of Salt Lick, Jackie Wells (Sherry) of Olympia and Audrey Ferrell (Carolyn Johnson) of Preston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews that were like her own children.
