He was predeceased by: his son Landon Stamper; his grandson Mason Ison; and his brother Bobby Allen Stamper, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Allen and Ruth Ann Cline Stamper of Salt Lick; his children, Holly Ison (Josh) of Morehead, Leighann Stamper of Olive Hill and Jacob McGlone; his grandson Jase Ison; his close friend Sharon Suttles; and his siblings, Lisa Dawn McGuire of Morehead, Rick A. Stamper (Vickie) of Hagerstown and John W. Stamper (Donna) of Soldier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
