He is survived by: his significant other Jane Ann Miller; his children, Michelle Nelms (Buddy) of Carrsville, KY, Janie Givens (Jeff) of Robards and Thomas "Tommy" Miller Jr. (Crystal) of Smith Mills; and his siblings, Jewell Miller of Francis, KY, Mike Miller of Madisonville, Cindy Cornwell (Bobby) of Tilden, Rosetta King (Eddie) of Henderson and Bonnie Miller of Henderson. He is also survived by five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
