He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Mullins and Nora Mullins; his children, Norma Ramage (Jim) of Salem, KY and Tommy Mullins of Burna, KY; his sister Helen Drennon of Taylor, MI; his wife Delores Mullins; and his children, Shelly Marie Mullins Curnel and Christopher Paul Mullins. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
