She is survived by: her children, Jeana Columbus of Salem, KY, Jeremiah Adams (Raschel) of Benton, KY and Nunzio Columbus (Kelly); her siblings, Josephine Ruth, Marilyn Sue, Eleanor Kay, Garie Lee Chrismer and Dennis Paul Chrismer; her grandchildren, Nikole, Isabella, Devin, Dani and Harvey; and her former husband Samuel Columbus.
