She is survived by: her husband Cecil Phelps of Salem, KY; her children, Victoria Phelps of Lola, KY, PaulaJo Phelps of Burna, KY, Tracy Phelps of Lola, KY and Levi Phelps of Salem, KY; and her brothers, Paul E. Mayes, Jr. of Coleman and Ronnie Mayes of Marion, KY. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
