He is survived by: his wife Theresa Taylor (Watson) of Salem, KY; his sons, Jeremy Smith (Sarah) of Evansville, IN and Chad Taylor (Michelle) of Princeton, KY; his siblings, Bruce Taylor of Tiline, KY, Donnie Taylor of Marion, KY, David Taylor of Marion, KY, Brenda Adams of Marion, KY and Jane Anderson of Greensburg, PA; his grandchildren, Allie Smith, Payton Smith, McKinley Wadlington, Hadley Taylor, Bailey Taylor and Whitley Taylor; and his mother-in-law Joyce Watson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
