He was predeceased by: his father Cleveland Ramage; and his siblings, Gary "Gabby" Cowen, Pam Cowen and Brenda Cowen. He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Neal Cowen and Corey Wayne Cowen; his mother Carnelia Ramage; his siblings, Danny Cowen, Sandy Guess, Jimmy Cowen, Elizabeth Henson, Dianne Jones, Ronney Ramage and Mike Ramage; and his grandchildren, Felicity Marie, Dylan, Vega, Luke and Raelynn Grayce. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
