She was predeceased by: her sisters, Donna Jean Cooper, Anita Peek, Shirley Jones, Glenda Stembridge and Kathy Smith; and her parents, Grundy Pendergrast and Nellie Brasher Pendergrast.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Millikan of Salem, KY; her children, Wendy Smith (Brad Culp) of Paducah, Keith Millikan (Julie) of Marion and Kyle Millikan of Lola; her sister Gail Lynch of Iuka; and her grandchildren, Makayla Emmons (Alan) of Ledbetter, Clay Smith of Paducah, Dally Millikan of Marion and Kallen Millikan of Marion. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
