He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Lockhart Weaver; his children, Heather McDowell (Perry) of Salem and Ryan Weaver of Salem; his grandchildren, Eryn McDowell and Aubry McDowell; and his siblings, Joe Weaver of Lewisburg, TN. and Jane Williamson of Union Springs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
