He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Agnes Gipson of Graham, Velmer Garrett of Slaughters, Paul Townsell of Nortonville, Lucian Townsell (Debra) of Providence and George Townsell of Earlington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
