He is survived by: his wife Carol Tolley (Butler); his daughters, Lisa Holland (Steve) of Calvert City, Kim Spraggs (Gaylon) of Paducah and Paja Crider (Allen) of Marion; his grandchildren, Peyton Holland, Madison Edwards (Travis), Keaton Holland, Ellie Englert (Lucas), Wil Spraggs, Ross and Luke Crider; his great grandchildren, Anna Englert, Carter Englert and Kendall Edwards; and his brothers, Harold Tolley of Salem and Kenny Tolley (Pat) of Salem.
