He was predeceased by: his parents, Crawford Tharp and Ruth Lockhart Tharp. He is survived by: his wife Helen Tharp of Salem, KY; and his children, Mark Tharp (Terri) of Dover, TN, Buddy Ramage (Amelia) of Burna, KY, Donna Brewer (Tracey) of Cumming, GA and Tammy Copenhagen of Grand Rivers, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
