Adams (Christina) of Louisville, KY, April Mattingly of Louisville, KY, Nicky Dale Nelms (Lisa) of Salem, KY, Brittany Allison Butler of Dayton, OH and James Austin Butler of Dayton, OH; and her great grandchildren, Makayla Nelms, Lucia Adams, Gabbi Mattingly and Ben Mattingly.
