She was predeceased by: her parents, Escol Mitchell and Nettie Mitchell (Damron); her husband Harold Wayne Belt; her sister Maxine Dixon; and her foster parents, Alvie McFalls and Ocie McFalls.
She is survived by: her children, Leisha Maynard (Jimmy) of Salem, KY, Patsy Smith of Calvert City, KY and Chris Belt (Teresa) of Symsonia, KY; her grandchildren, Brandon Maynard (Carrie), Emily Belt, Rex Smith and Zachary Smith; and her great grandchild Kinley Henderson.
