She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Arflack and Evalee Arflack (Kirk); her siblings, Clifton Arflack and Mary Evelyn Black; and her son-in-law Ricky Jepsen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Owen (Doug) of Salem, Lisa Loveless of Corydon, Tina Taylor (Bruce) of Carrsville and Marcy Fox (Andy) of Salem; her brother Robert Arflack of Salem; her grandchildren, Christy James (Jamie), LaTosha Smith (Chris), Amanda Jepsen, Cole Jepsen (Kenzie) and Trevor Faith; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, William Smith, Lucas James, Charlie, Crew and Cameron Jepsen.
