With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barney Shockley of Salem, Kentucky, born in Rosiclare, Illinois, who passed away on March 8, 2021 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barney Shockley to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Wilson Shockley and Virginia Marie Shockley; and his brother Charles Wilson Shockley. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Brown Shockley; his children, Brenda Maronde (Jeff) and Barney Shockley (Karen); his sister-in-law Linda Shockley; and his siblings, Lottie Hvezda (Nick), Sandra Riffle (Tom), Virgina Quertermous and James Shockley (Shirley). He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
