He is survived by: his wife Monica Mackie (Kriege); his sons, Joseph Mackie, Jonathan Mackie (Kristen Taylor King) and Joshua Mackie; his granddaughters, Elsie Jo Mackie and Josephine Mackie; his parents, Thomas E. Sr. Mackie and Topsy Mackie (Newman); his siblings, Mary Ann Rice and Steve Mackie (Angela); his parents-in-law, Jackie Kriege (Shields) and David Kriege Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, David, Jennifer Weaver (Mark) and Tom Kriege (Allison). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
