With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Ruiz in Saint Mary, Kentucky, born in Pewee Valley, Kentucky, who passed away on September 12, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Chapman and Mary Effie Lane Chapman; her children, Julia Faith Hardin, Evelyn Lee Hardin-Ruiz and Henry Murrel Hardin; and her siblings, Mary Louise Botello, Anna Louise Griffey, Gilbert Chapman and Bobby Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Ann Hardin Castro of Taylorsville, Robert Ray Hardin, Jr. (Tina Beavers) of Shelbyville and Tommy A. Hardin (Christy) of Pleasureville; her brothers, Delbert Chapman Walker (Doris) of Crestwood and Frank Chapman; and her grandchildren, Austin Scott Hardin, Dakota Chase Hardin, Henry Leonel Ramos and Dylan Marshall Ray Hardin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
