He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Millay and Rachel Millay. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Millay of Crestview Hills, KY; his children, Kelly Millay of San Francisco, CA and Zack Millay of Crestview Hills, KY; and his brothers, Larry (Sue) of Batavia, OH and Chad (Lisa) of Hebron, KY.

Memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Relief Services.
