He is survived by: his sisters, Priscilla Logsdon of Harrodsburg, Mary Wright of Danville, Wanda Dye of Lebanon, Susie Wheatley (Tom) of Bardstown, Martha Ann Reynolds (Robert) of Mesa and Michelle Dunivan of Petersburg, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
