She is survived by: her sons, Dale, Dan, Dean and Darol; her significant other Lloyd Ballhagen of Hutchinson; her stepmother Joan of Greensburg; her brothers, Dale Hayse (Monica) of Mullinville, Dan Hayse (Jane) of Bucklin, Dean Hayse (Jodi) of Independence, KS and Darol Hayse (Mary) of Hutchinson; and also Joan Wilson.
