He is survived by: his wife Joyce Blair Leake; his children, Tammy Armstrong of Mount Washington, Tina Jewell (James) of Mount Washington, Troy Leake of Paducah and Ryan Leake of Louisville; his grandchildren, Nicole, Melanie, Marissa, Austin, Olivia, Joseph and Savannah; and his siblings, Lois Leake (Bill) of Paulsboro, NJ, Ruth Wells (Alan) of Louisville, Phyllis Leake of Bardstown, Judy Leake of Florida, Bobby Leake of Raywick, Jerry Leake (Sumi) of Raywick, Charles Leake (Cathy) of Lebanon and Larry Leake (Francine) of LaFayette.
