It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Thomas (Saint Francis, Kentucky), born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 18, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Hugh and Naomi Forton Burke; and her son Mark Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Blanford (Dean) of Saint Francis and Chuck Thomas (Rose) of Glen Burnie, Maryland; and her brother Russell Burke (Louise) of Georgia. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
