He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fork and Ora Fork; and his sister Mary Dean Littlejohn. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Fork of St. Charles, KY; his children, Brenda Gamblin (Joe) of Dawson Springs, KY and William Earl Fork, Jr. (Vicki); his sister Orean Smith of Dawson Springs, KY; and his grandchildren, Kathryn Fork, Jonathan Fork, William Joe Gamblin (Kellie) and Christa Lemily (Chris). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and one niece and two nephews.
