He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Moreno Merrill of St. Charles, KY; his mother Cynthia Belson Gordon of California; his son Erik Merrill of Paducah, KY; his stepson Jacob; his daughter-in-law Victoria Morrissey; his brothers, Chris Merrill and Mike Merrill of California; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Ariana, Jesse, Chloe, Nate, Isaac, Bailey, Gloria, Seamus and Declan; and his great grandchild Peyton.
