He is survived by: his wife Judy Harper Quillen; his daughter Ashley Ralyn Woodruff Tinsley of St. Charles, KY; his pet Colt; his brother Dennis Quillen (Stacy) of Madisonville; and his siblings-in-law, Wilma Todd (Ricky) of St. Charles, Brenda Quillen of Madisonville, Mary Katherine Teague of Madisonville and Sonny Andrews of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
