She is survived by: her daughter Tabitha Bartow (Roger) of Lubbock, TX; her siblings, Tony Hook (Sandy) of Nortonville, Jerry Kirkwood (Lana) of Madisonville, Richard Hook (Nancy) of Martinsville, VA, Larry Hook (Teresa) of Pelham, NC, Cathy White (Junior) of Chatham, VA and Teresa Parrish of St. Charles, KY; and her granddaughters, Katie Bartow and Kristin Bartow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.
