He is survived by: his wife Rita Hickerson of St. Charles, KY; his children, Andrea Berry of Georgia, Rickey Hickerson of Tennessee, Thomas Earl Hickerson of St. Charles, KY, Christina Lam of Madisonville, KY and Cody Hickerson of Madisonville, KY; and his sister Letha June Parker of Tennessee. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
