He is survived by: his significant other Lily Cantrell; his children, Terry Hommel (Bethany) and Cindy Heer (John); his grandchildren, Trey Hommel, Natasha Wells (Scott), Brian Major, Devan Rice, Jacob O'Quin, Joshua O'Quin, Allyiah O'Quin and Chloe O'Quin; his great grandchildren, Gracie, Caden, Ella, Mason and Harper; his siblings, David Hommel (Mary), Bunny Hommel, Chris Bethke (Pat), Kathy Mitchell, Penny McDonough (Pete) and Sue Bernsetter; his stepsons, Gary York and David York (Keli); and his stepgrandchildren, Gabriel York (Mackenzie) and Ryan York.
