She was predeceased by: her husband Elwood Franklin; and her parents, Rev. Jonnie and Ruth Wilson. She is survived by: her daughters, Elwanda Rickard (Kevin) of Sacramento and Karla O'Neal (Jimmy) of Central City; her grandchildren, Kaitlin Cottrell (Kris) and Kaleb Wright; and her siblings, Ralph Wilson (Barbara) of Florida and Jonell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
