We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2021, at the age of 79, William Carroll Rust of Sacramento, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rust and Allie Rust; and his sister Peggy Ball. He is survived by: his sons, Troy Morgan Rust and Bradley Todd Rust; and his brothers, Kerry Neal Rust and Mitchell Lynn Rust.

Family and Friends who are attending the visitation or funeral service are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
