He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Young Rickard of Owensboro; his wife DeAnn Rickard; his sons, Addison Cole Steele of Gloucester and Jonathon Taylor Rickard of Sacramento; his stepchildren, Chase Conrad (Natalie) of Central City and Keeley Hardin (Derrick) of Sacramento; and his brother Mike Rickard (Suzie) of Sacramento. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
