He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Ed and Viola Jones Schindler; and his siblings, Edwin Schindler and Alma Jean Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Schindler; his children, Sarah Kessinger (Bradly) of Sacramento, Jason Schindler of Sacramento and Kevin Schindler (Krystal) of Island; his grandchildren, Alexis Schindler, Ryen Kessinger, Tannor Schindler, Alyssa Schindler, Noah Schindler, Reid Kessinger, Lincoln Schindler and Rese Ann Kessinger; and his sisters, Maggie Jones of Streamwood and Virginia Conrad of Rumsey.
