We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2023, at the age of 64, Kevin Lee Rickard of Sacramento, Kentucky, born in Campton, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cevil Rickard and Christine Rickard Mattingly; and his stepfather Argus Mattingly. He is survived by: his wife Elwanda Franklin Rickard of Sacramento; his sister Dana Pyles of Florida; and his half-siblings, Lee Adams, Kim, Yvonne and Barbara. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
