He is survived by: his children, John Boyken of Owensboro, Tony Boyken (Jennifer) of Muskegon, Michael Boyken of Campbellsville and Jessica Dame of Livermore; and his siblings, Johnnie Boyken of Sacramento, James Boyken of Sacramento and Amanda Hatcher (Mark) of Owensboro. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
